Community
Community is a big part of how and why I create. I love bringing people together, supporting artists, and building spaces that feel welcoming, curious, and alive. I’m especially interested in those moments of joy and wonder that happen when people slow down and truly connect.
This is the spirit behind The Verdancy Project, Verdant Publishing, and my Mastrius mentorship group — expressions of the same desire to support creative lives and shared experiences
The Verdancy Project is a living creative ecosystem where art, nature, and community intertwine. Based in the Pacific Northwest, we nurture curiosity and environmental stewardship through artist residencies, retreats, land-based workshops, collaborative community projects.
Verdant Publishing nurtures creative voices rooted in nature, ecology, and personal transformation. We support artists, writers, and interdisciplinary storytellers by publishing thoughtful, visually rich, and emotionally resonant works that reflect a deep connection to nature, curiosity, and community.
Mastrius Mentorship — I mentor a small group of artists through Mastrius, meeting Wednesday evenings online. We work through the real stuff: sustaining a practice, moving through doubt and dry spells, approaching the business of art on your own terms, and growing a creative identity that's genuinely yours.
