Cultivating Creativity grew out of the questions I kept hearing over the years, how did The Verdancy Project begin, and how does something like this actually take shape? Founded in 2020, The Verdancy Project is a living creative ecosystem rooted in art, nature, and community, shaped through trial, care, curiosity, and connection.

This upcoming book shares what I learned while building something outside traditional institutions: the experiments, missteps, and steady practices that helped turn an idea into a sustainable, artist-led residency and creative community. It’s written for artists and creatives who feel called to nurture meaningful spaces of their own and are looking for a grounded, human place to begin.
